Meridian Energy Therapies (METs) are mind/body therapies and self-help techniques

acupuncture" as you gently tap on specific acupressure points on the face and body,
instead of needles, to lessen or release the emotional charges behind the issues
causing the problems.
The theory is, by focusing your attention on a distressing problem and adding a
statement of acceptance about yourself, you disrupt your negative emotional
programming. This disruption breaks your automatic response, leading to a reduction
or elimination of the power behind the issue, thought or memory and so balancing
your body's natural flow of life.
This change usually lasts and allows you to think differently about the issue that had
previously triggered a response within you. It is a fast and effective technique that
allows you to take back control of your life.
Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)
TAT is a simple and effective technique using acupressure touch on specific points on
the head related to the vision centres of the brain.
The acupressure touch allows you to quickly process and remove any emotional
charge behind an event from the past that has blocked your enjoyment of life. Once
the emotional charge has been removed, it allows you to integrate this new
understanding of the past into your thinking and belief systems bringing you back
into balance and well-being.
With this technique, you don't need to know where the issue comes from, just that
it's causing you problems.
Emotrance is a simple and effective technique to use. It works in releasing blocked
